Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. Our support team will review the issue and provide assistance where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
